K&J Chinese Takeaway Review

K&J Chinese Takeaway
Shop 28/1 Lakeside Road Eastwood 2122 (Corner of Progress Avenue)

If ever you are looking for a affordable, high quality, fast meal, look no further than K&J Takeaway in Eastwood. Set in the heart of Eastwood, K&J Takeaway provides an authentic Chinese food experience that will have you coming back for more and more. Meals are delivered fast, and you have the choice to take your meal with you or enjoy your dish in the shops surrounding table facilities, which create an authentic Asian-dining experience. Service is of the highest quality and meals are prepared quickly. Meals are affordable, and do not leave a hole in the back pocket. My pick of the bunch would have to be the Chicken or Beef Laksa! Would go as far to say it is the best Laksa in Sydney! Give K&J a go, I assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

Design Layout

Our group unanimously decided to create a blog with a compilation of reviews on various food establishments, as food is universally appreciated. The aim of this blog is to enable readers to have the ultimate food experience by providing reviews of the freshest cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. We will be rating the places on customer service, food, value for money, ambiance and provide an overall rating of the place.  Our blog will aim to be user friendly, being comprised of a simple layout enabling easy navigation and be compiled using large fonts and dark colours to increase readability. Our blog will encompass a blog archive enabling easy navigation of our site and will also encompass a comment section as we wish to welcome the feedback of our readers.

Touching base

Hi fellow HellaFRESH Crew,

Just blogging to touch base about where our blog is heading. Some of the things we have discussed so far:

  • Colour scheme: red, white and black
  • Logo to be created and set as background image
  • Twitter and Instagram account to be created and linked to our blogspot site

General outline of postings:
  • Posting should include: name, location, photos, review, star rating, website, twitter link
  • Each post should include no more than 3 photos of place... if there are additional photos link the post to our Instagram
  • Review / comments should be no more that 200 words
  • Star ratings will be for: food; value for money; ambience; customer service; and, an overall rating
  • We will try to find a javascript code or something of the like for the rating, however, if we can't find this we can create a template to use
  • Twitter link at the end of each posting

A storyboard / design template for our blog will be uploaded here soon!
